She was predeceased by: her father John Whaley; and her daughter Sue Littleton. She is survived by: her husband Pete Francis of West Union; her sons, Brian Francis of Manchester, Terry Francis of Seaman and Shawn Francis of Cincinnati; and her siblings, Connie Hall of West Union, Chester Whaley of Ashland, KY and John Whaley of West Union. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
