She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dutch" Thomas and Georgia Ann Thomas (Shultz); and her sister Donna Shoemaker. She is survived by: her husband Mike Applegate of West Union, Ohio; her children, Jessica Abbott (Cody), Cassidy Applegate of West Union, Ohio and Jordan Applegate of Peebles, Ohio; and her siblings, Debbie Winn (Tom), Dee Dee Eldridge (Kevin) and David Thomas (Dianna). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
