He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bryan (Johnny) of West Union and Jeremy Baldwin (Rhonda) of Manchester, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Robert Forman, Trey Forman, Trent Forman, Jade Forman, Jeremy Baldwin, Monica Baldwin, Kayla Baldwin, Aiden Baldwin, Devin Baldwin, Montana McUne, John Hamilton and Padgett Preston; his siblings, Harold Baldwin (Jeana), Michael Baldwin (Angie) of Manchester, Johnny Baldwin (Patty) of Manchester, Nelson Hubbard (Tammy) of Zanesville, Will Hubbard (Kristina) of Hillsboro, Kathy Hooker (Mike), Barbara Woodard (Lonnie) of Peebles, Angie Grooms (Don) of Lynx and Loretta McComas (Shane); and his great grandchildren, Kyree, Rowen, Malachi, Nova, Cole and Rowan.
