With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis E. Pettit of West Union, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Pettit and Nola Pettit (Young); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry White and Danny White. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Pettit (White); his sons, Ryan Pettit (Lindsey) of Franklin, OH and Chris Pettit of Nevada; his stepchildren, Michael Holbrook (Emily) of West Union and Michelle Wilson (Stephen) of Ripley, Ohio.; his parents-in-law, Jack and Eleanor White of West Union, Ohio.; his siblings-in-law, Henry White (Sharon) of Seaman and Theresa White of West Union, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Kylie Pettit, Kierstin Marie, Darrion, Zaylie Pettit, Jada Pettit, Brystal Logsdon, Lance Holbrook (Kira), Savannah Holbrook (Christian), Sadie Holbrook (Jake), Nicholas Wilson (Keara) and Luke Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Weston, Sapphire, Emmy, Jaylen, Atticus and Callahan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (35 W 2nd St, Manchester, OH 45144). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Kirker Cemetery (632 Rice Dr, West Union, OH 45693).
