He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wesley Avins and Bernice Bassler; and his siblings, Normin Avins, Ronald Avins, David Avins, Joyce Avins and Maxine Avins.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Humphrey of West Union, OH; and his stepchildren, Michelle Bryant of Ohio, Stella Reveal (Matt) of Greenfield, OH, Oliva Minton (TJ) of Dayton, KY, William Humphrey Jr. (Lizzy) of Locust Grove, OH, Benjamin Humphrey (Brianna) of Pebbles, OH and Eugene Bryant of Pike County, OH. He is also survived by fifteen step grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
