She was predeceased by: her parents, John Whaley and Paulina Whaley (Hunt); her former husband Alfred Humphreys; her husband Ronald Rothwell; her son-in-law Dwayne "Jake" Rothwell; and her sisters, Edith Francis and Mary Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, Misti Rothwell of West Union, Ohio and Chad Humphreys (Amanda); her stepchildren, Rhonda Henderson of Manchester, Ohio and Brian Rothwell of West Union, Ohio; and her brothers, Chester Whaley of Ashland, Kentucky and John Whaley of West Union, Ohio. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
