He was predeceased by: his father Albert Young; his wife Sharon Young; and his siblings, Mary Demint, Harry F., William Daniel and Melvin Dale Young.

He is survived by: his sister Olive Louise Brannigan of Jamestown, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
