She is survived by: her children, Jayson Tackett (Jennifer Yates) of West Union, Jeremy Tackett (Crystal) of Manchester and Jennifer F. Tackett of West Union; her sister Diane Grooms of West Union; and her grandchildren, Jayson Lee Tackett of Maysville, Jayden Tackett and Jai Brookbank of Ripley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
