He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Cunningham and Tausa "Tootie" Cunningham (Wilson); his sons-in-law, Scott Barrick and Danny Sharrard; and his brothers, Harold Colvin, William Page, Forrest Ray, Don Ellis and Ronald L. Cunningham.
He is survived by: his former wife Christina Cunningham (Simons); his wife Janet Cunningham (Stephens); his daughter Teresa Cunningham Barrick-Sharrard of Ripley, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tobias Barrick, Anjanette Barrick-Phillips (Frankie) and Rachel Barrick; and his great grandchild Isaiah Barrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
