He was predeceased by: his father William Allen Rutledge. He is survived by: his wife Lori Rutledge of West Union; his mother Janis Sue Rogers of Bethel; and his siblings, Jody Sherrill (Jason) of Erlanger, Amy Rutledge-Banks of Mt. Healthy, Scott Rutledge (Sarah) of West Union and Shane Rutledge of Bethel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
