She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Miller and Jewel Miller (Grizzell); her husband Roy E. Gabbert, Sr.; and her siblings, Leo Miller, Harry Miller, Bill Miller, Vivian Herbert, Vicah Burchett, Vernice Hewitt and Bonnie Miller.
She is survived by: her sibling Valley; her children, Gay Ann Gabbert and Judge Roy E. Gabbert, Jr. (Amy); and her granddaughter Lucy Gabbert.
Betty chose to donate and bequeath her body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine for medical education and research.
