He is survived by: his parents, John Howard of West Union and Tina Brown of West Union; his brother Scott Howard (Sarah) of West Union; his nephew Jace Howard; his niece Lily Howard; and his grandmother Carolyn Brown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other family members.
