She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Izora Smith (Lyons); and her husband Elwood Debord. She is survived by: her sons, Emory Debord (Anna) of West Union and Ed Debord (Louella) of Lake Waynoka; and her siblings, Worley Smith of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Ruth Fannin of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, her ten great-grandchildren, and her four great-great-grandchildren.
