He is survived by: his wife Linda Ruegsegger (Brinkerhoff); his children, Tammy Harper of Wooster and Tim Ruegsegger (Joanne) of West Salem; his grandchildren, JT Harper (Alyssa), Randy Harper, Michelle Rothgery (Nick) and Nick Ruegsegger; his great grandchildren, Leila, Jason and Benjamin; and his sister Bonnie Zingery (Richard) of Florida.
