She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Lybarger (Mapes) and Robert Lybarger; her husband James "Jim" Krempel; her brother Jack Lybarger; and her son Christopher Krempel.

She is survived by: her son Robert Krempel (Hazel); her daughter-in-law Christine Krempel; her grandchildren, Monica Zirkle (Jason), Brandon Smith (Sal) and Kailey Beegle (Cory); and her great grandchildren, Jaden Yurick, Emory Sherrick, Gunner DeJulius and Isaac Beegle. She is also survived by her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.
