He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Miles" Mark and Helen Sampsel of Virginia; and his brother-in-law Dennis Evans. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Brinker of Ashland, Shannan Jones (Damon) of Loudonville, Stephanie Long (Jeff) of Wooster and Sabrina Bowles (Troy Counts) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Julie, Tyler, Andrew, Kayla, Brianna, Brandi and Lucas Miles Mark; his siblings, Carl Mark (Nancy) of Wooster, Marita Buchanan (Greg) of Wooster and Naomi Evans of Coco Beach, FL; and his nephew Troy Norris.

Due to the pandemic, Masks are required and social distancing will be strictly enforced.
