Foky of West Salem, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Nisewarner and Mildred Nisewarner (Slider); and her brother Jay Nisewarner. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Foky (Duffy); her children, Jason Raymer (Lara), Steve Foky (Ann), Pam Mika (Tom) and Jim Foky (Lisa); her grandchildren, Alison Pextra, Troy Foky, Travis Foky, Krista Gentry, Megan Foky, Jessica Adams, Chelsea Adams, Jarid Mika (Katie), Sierra Mika, Stone Foky and Saige Foky; her great grandchild Amia Surgeon; her nieces and nephews, Gavin Nisewarner (Katy) and Kellin Marshall (Tristan); her great-nephews, Garrett and Braydin; and her close friend Bobbi Gaydosh.
