Johnson (McKenzie); his siblings, Kimberly Vizineau (Ernie), Jamie Orr, Kacy Johnson (Arlin) and Joshua Orr; his children, Rainen Orr and Morgan Miller (Michael); his grandchildren, Violet and Valiant; and his nieces and nephews, Mallory, Gavin, McKenna, Danica, Maddie, Nico and Galen.
