Lewis; his grandmother Naomi Albrecht; his brothers, Duane, Robert (Theresa) and Daniel (Chris); his half-siblings, Debbie Blascak (Terry), Geoff Lewis (Amy) and Rusty Lewis (Bev); and his stepsisters, Kathy Field (Todd), Sharon Buren (Tim) and Vicky Shearer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
