He is survived by: his significant other Karen Hamilton (Wolnik); his children, Kara Ann Hamilton, Donald Ezekiel Hamilton, Lucas Daniel Hamilton, Jessica Lee Knowles (Anthony) and Trevor Bunyak; his granddaughters, Charlotte Marie Hamilton (Donald), Magnolia Raelynn Knowles (Jessica) and Lilian Rosalie Knowles (Jessica); his sister Diane Taylor (Jay); his nieces and nephews, Mandy Hunter (Alex), Tasha Taylor, Paul Anthony Ramey II and Mario Taylor; and his great-niece Ally Hunter (Mandy).
