He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rogers and Eloise Rogers (Kreiger); and his brother Carl Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Pam Rogers (Trukovich); his daughters, Amy Newman (Brian Leiby) and Tina Lambert (Paul); his grandchildren, Scott Hall, Shawn Newman, Cortney Mullins (Andrew) and Chase Lambert; his great grandchild Theodore Mullins; and his brother Charlie Rogers (Deana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and an aunt.
