He is survived by: his parents, Todd Lycans (Tracy Kovacs) and Vonda Lycans (Smith); his daughters, Chloe and Chole Lycans; the mother of his child Samantha Kurzenberger; his siblings, Terri Bartholomew, Courtney Kovacs, Austin and Christopher Kovacs; his grandparents, Betty Smith, Wanda and John Morgan; and his niece Madison Pritt.
