With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willis Howard of West Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Howard and Garnet White Howard; his brothers, Wilson, Harry and Arthur Roe Howard; and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Shepherd and Dave Riggs.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith Howard; his children, Bev Evans (Bart), Brian Howard (Heather) and Carl Howard (Mary); his grandchildren, Zach Evans (Tess), Kayla Bloomfield (Alex), Bobbie Jo Bricker (Austin) and Charlie Jo Howard (Brett Bentley); his great grandchildren, Trent Hayslip, Ariana, Zane Evans, Clay, Odie Willis, Matilda Bloomfield, Andie Jo Bricker, Dylan Bricker, Haley, Payton and Brent Mosley; and his friends, Larry Cooper and Carl Sheets. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
