We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2018, at the age of 36, Wayne Allen (West Portsmouth, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Lee of West Portsmouth and Vicki Ann Altman Allen of West Portsmouth; his sisters, Jessica Allen (Shane McNutt) of West Portsmouth and Tracy Shepherd (Nick) of Otway; his nephew Braxton; and his nieces, Aby, Ali and Kaylee.
