She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Albert R and Alice H. Nease Hodge; her husband William E. Windsor; and her brothers, David, Willis, James, Howard, William, Richard and Clarence Hodge.
She is survived by: her children, John Ray Windsor, William Edward Windsor Jr. and Janet Ruth Ruggles; her children-in-law, Garry Ruggles and Geneva Windsor; and her siblings, Allen Hodge, Barbara Speers, Wilma Wise, Alice Windsor and Kathy Boltenhouse. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to SOMC Hospice.
