He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Daniel Matthews (Jackie) and Lacey Jay McKinney (Brian McCormick); his guardians, Susan and Mike Cottrell; his siblings, Kaleb Matthews and Brittany Rister (Kelly); his grandmothers, Debbie McKinney and Sallie Burchett; his great-grandparents, John Burchett and Beatrice Ellison; and his aunts and uncles, Issac Osborne, Chad Dunlap (Jennifer), Adam Burchett, Jason Gains, Jennifer Murphy (Jay Stonerock) and Jennier Edenfield.
