She is survived by: her husband Ronald Scalf; her son Joshua Holmes (Autumn); her stepchildren, Nicholas Scalf (Tara) and Samantha Scalf; her siblings, Jace, Craig, Clint, Todd Holmes, Wade Kruse, Leslie Parrish, Tracy Rhodes, Marli Tolley, Jean Moody and Mindy Istas; and her grandchildren, Breanna, Robbie, Cody, Hannah and Brooke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
