He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Blevins and Geneva Vance Blevins; and his brother Mark Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Blevins of West Union, Tiffany Logan (William) of West Portsmouth and Sondra Ginn (Mike) of Vanceburg; his grandchildren, Morgan Ginn, Hadley Ginn, Kaden Smith, Samuel Allen, Kamryn Logan and Riley Logan; and his siblings, Alan Blevins, Michael Blevins, Ella Dummitt and Julie Blevins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
