He is survived by: his wife Nancy Osborne Partlow; his sons, Brett Partlow and Brad Partlow; his stepsons, Tobias Simon and Zachary Simon; his daughter Tiffany Partlow; his stepdaughter Ashley Soard; and his siblings, Pete Partlow, Sharon Harris, Linda Wight and Ted Smith. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
