She was predeceased by: her parents, Ersell Coy and Clara Jane Cochran (Miller); her husband Richard Leroy Rutan; and her brother-in-law Henry Hawke. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Lynn Seevers (Mark), Richard William Rutan (Lisa) and Scott Howard Rutan (Laurie); her grandchildren, Ashley Dyer (Kyle), Austin Seevers (Meredith), Aaron Seevers (Ashley Kay), Kehlan Rutan (Sarah) and Shawnee Olea (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Kiera, Keegan, Donovan, Jackson, Charley, Curtis, Amarie, Brady, Kenson, Meah Kate, Abigail, Palmer and Evelyn; and her sisters, Norma Jean Hawke and Judy Burton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heartland Hospice, 205 North St. Lucasville, Ohio 45648.
