Terri Pack Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terri Pack of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Sinking Spring, Ohio, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jim, Donald, Gary, Lonnie Hammonds, Ruby Wallace, Christa Jenkins, Thelma Jo Hammonds, Celena Barnett, Tish Banter, Brenda Jones, Barb Gumz and Mary Montgomery.
She is survived by: her husband David Pack; her children, David Pack, Teresa Carver (Bruce) and Christie Bivens (Shawn Moore); her siblings, Mike Hammonds, Jane Stamper and Marie Ernest; and her grandchildren, Gary Hammonds, Michelle Breech, Bethany Carver, Johnny Bivens, Austin Bivens and Bailey Newsome. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any donations be made to SOMC Hospice in Terri's memory.
