She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Jack; and her brothers, Jackie Lee Spriggs and Bobby Joe Spriggs. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Spriggs (Munn); her children, Terry Lee Mutter of New Boston and Teresa Faye Spriggs; and her siblings, Randall Spriggs (Pam) of Sciotoville, Donna Spriggs, Portsmouth, Anita Spriggs of New Boston and Kathleen Montgomery (George) of Minford. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
