He was predeceased by: his father Steven Mark Scalf Sr.; and his sister Misty Dawn Scalf. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Loretta Brown Scalf; his sister Stacy Lynn Davis (Paul); his nephews, Austin Deemer (Tara) and Dylan Davis; and his niece Emma Davis. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
