He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Conley and Ruth Davis Conley; his son Steven Todd Conley; and his siblings, Earl Thomas Conley, Joyce Ann Massie, Dora Vernier and Frances Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Conley; his daughters, Rachael Conley Peck of Michigan and Jamie Conley Oliphant of Africa; his stepchildren, Jeff Boggs (Sonya) and Tracy Nichols (Bill); his siblings, Fred Conley of Nashville, TN., Rebecca Miller of West Portsmouth and Rhonda Hodges of Nashville; his grandchildren, Josiah Odom, Twila, David, Jedidiah, Isaiah, Abraham Pack, Charlie, Nathan, Caitlin and Mariam Oliphant; and his stepgrandchildren, Drew, Alisha and Austin Raines.
