He is survived by: his father Robert Dunks of Fortworth, Texas; his children, Joshua Dunks and Stephani Dunks; his fiancée Rebecca Shepherd; his fiancée's children, Nicky, Nate and Katie Shepherd; his brother Jonathan Michael Bowling (Meagan Treece); his half-siblings, Jennifer Dunks of Springtown, Texas, Brian Dunks of Ponder, Texas and Steven Batty; and his aunt Linda Bugielski.
