With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Hamilton of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Adams County, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Howe and Flossie Cook Howe; her husband Hershel Hamilton; her son Christopher Leon Byrd; and her sister Irene Cantrell.
She is survived by: her children, Hershel Hamilton, Thomas Hamilton, Trudy Schmidt, Erica Gammon, Suree Cooper, Kitty Wade and Lorin Hamilton; and her sisters, Betty Foster and Thelma White. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
