She is survived by: her son Scott Lee; her daughter-in-law Ashley Staggs of West Portsmouth; her siblings, Ronald Welch (Sue Ellen) of Vero Beach, FL and Carol Ann James (Bill) of Sandusky; her sister-in-law Suzanne Welch; and her grandchildren, Hunter Lee, Cody W. and Hunter Koal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
