He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Henderson and Amber Smith; his siblings, Bill Perkins, Donna Holcomb, Julia Smith, Laoma Spradlin and Mary McClasky; his grandchildren, Joey, Brianna, Keaton, Cooper and Carter; his great grandchildren, Gage, Adaiya and Brice; and his close friend Dale Hornikel.
