He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Robert "Frank" (Emma Carter Holley); his wife Sue Hilderbrand Holley; his sister Lynn Moore Purtee; and his parents, Frank Holley and Emma Carter Holley.
He is survived by: his sister Sheila Holley Lawson; his daughter Vickie Holley; his granddaughters, Katie Cochran (Randy) and Kristyn Brandenburg; his great grandchildren, Axl and Gotham Cochran; and his nieces and nephews, Chuck Simpson (Sherri), Shannon Simpson, Shane Simpson (Amy), Rickey Simpson, Billy Simpson, Jamie Meadows, Jessica Ridout (Mark) and Tilman Ruggles (Vivian Seth).
