He is survived by: his wife Lois Schackert Russell; his son Robert Edward Russell III; his brother Daniel Russell; his grandchildren, Robert Edward Russell IV, Brittany Dennison and Grant Russell; and his great grandchildren, Robert Edward Russell V, Mason Murphy and Carter Dennison.
