He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hamm and Geraldine Gilbert Hamm; and his brothers, Ronald, Randy and Billy Hamm.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Hamm of Columbus, Shirley Jennings (Stan) of McDermott and Karen Hopper of Grove City.
