He is survived by: his wife Lela Dukes of West Portsmouth, OH; his daughter Laura Adkins (Andy) of West Portsmouth, OH; his stepchildren, Crystal of Portsmouth, OH, Patricia of Portsmouth, OH and James Truman of Portsmouth, OH; his grandson Colton Adkins; his stepgrandchildren, Miqueas and Lela Truman; and his brother Jeff Burchett (Claudia) of Lucasville, OH. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
