He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donna Lee White and Paul Monteith (Butch); his grandparents, Georgia Marie Gladys Murphy (Nanny), William (Banjo) and Murphy (Papa); his brother-in-law Clarence Everett Tharp; his wife Bettina Kay Stephens Osborne; his children, Aaron Joseph Osborne (Shandy) of Portsmouth and Treasta Valine Osborne of Vanceburg; his grandchildren, Ania Hope Smith, Brianna Marie Smith, Kearsten Lanae Osborne and Alyvia Grayce Osborne; and his siblings, Georgia Lee Tharp (Mike) of Greenup, La'Marr White of Las Vegas, NV and Joe Monteith (Lisa) of West Portsmouth. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
