He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Howard and Bonnie Howard; his son Gary Nicholas Howard; and his sister Bonnie. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hammond Howard; his children, Zachary Howard, Mistie Spillman (Jimmy) and Katlyn Howard (Daniel Kritzwiser); his grandchildren, Sawyer Spillman, Scarlett Spillman and Allison Kritzwiser; and his siblings, Jimmy Howard and Debbie Rittberger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
