With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Minta Marie Kinney of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Lucasville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Link Crabtree and Didama Crabtree; her husband Harold B. Kinney Sr.; her daughter Barbara Ann Shifflett; and her siblings, Louise Ferguson, Dorothy Pitts, Zelma Fairchild, Carolyn Archey, Letha Caldwell and Clifford Crabtree.
She is survived by: her children, William Commeans Jr. (Candy), Harold Kinney Jr. (Donna), Lowell Kinney Sr. (Yvonne), Debbie Figliola (Mike) and Diane Joseph (Rod Beam); her siblings, Carl Crabtree, Barbara Newton and Ruby Archey; and her close friend Mildred Taylor Lundy. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and several great, great grandchildren.
