He is survived by: his sons, Larry Vassar Jr., Shawn Vassar, Robert Vassar, Steve Vassar and Scott Vassar; and his brothers, Phil Vassar, Bill Vassar and Gerald Vassar. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
