He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Ward (Copas). He is survived by: his son Jerry Hayslip (Jody) of West Portsmouth; and his siblings, Linda McGlone (Bryan) of McDermott, Sandy Kalb of West Portsmouth, Terry Ward of West Portsmouth and Dan Ward (Diana) of Crestview, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
