He is survived by: his wife Freda Eileen Noel Rapp; his children, Steve Rapp (Cecille) of Friendship, Lisa Hafer (Rusty) of Sciotoville and Chris Rapp (Becki) of West Portsmouth; and his grandchildren, John Rapp (Carol) of Littleton, Joe Rapp (Erin) of Centinneal, Jim Rapp (Savita) of Las Vegas, Bill Hafer (Jill) of Sciotoville, Matthew Hafer (Emily) of Samaria, Madison Rapp of Portsmouth and Max Rapp of West Portsmouth.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to SOMC Hospice in Mr. Rapp's name.
