He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee and Alma Lucille Portwood Kitchen; and his sister Rita Kay Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Davis Kitchen; his daughters, Melissa McKinney (Robert), Amy Plumlee (Marvin), Amanda Cline and Tammy Webb (Jeremiah); his sister Nancy Everman Lynch; and his grandchildren, Robert Phillip McKinney, Morgan Leann Cline, Mark Hunter Cline, Owen Levi Atkins-Plumlee and Micah Wayne Plumlee.
