He was predeceased by: his brother John Hamilton. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Hamilton (Kim) of Rarden, Catherine Cooper (Wayne) of Wheelersburg, Connie Bean (Phil) of Marion, Brenda Berry (Tim) of West Portsmouth, Vickie Collier (Bobby Evans) of Blue Creek and Sharon Ward (Steve) of West Portsmouth; and his sister-in-law Jayne Hamilton of West Portsmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
